Michele Hickey
Nonprofit Communications Specialist
Silver Lining Communications, LLC was founded in 2003 by Michele Hickey. For more than 30 years, she has been providing high quality writing services for higher education, visual and performing arts, museums and history organizations, healthcare, social and behavioral services, and more. Michele has an MS in Professional and Technical Communication from NJIT, an MA in Nonprofit Management from the New School University, and a BA in Business from Rutgers University. She is a Constant Contact Certified Solution Provider as well.
Charles Hickey
Videographer/Audio Specialist
Charles is a post-production professional certified in Avid Pro Tools and fluent in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Zoom and Tascam Audio Recorders, Sony and Canon DSLRs and camcorders. He is in the process of completing Rutgers University's certificate program in Digital Asset Management. In addition, Charles is a songwriter and musician with The Soft Underground, an indie-rock band based in NJ and Memphis. He has self-produced a podcast called The Occhiolist Playlist, which centers on his music collection. Charles earned Honorable Mentions at the 2021 Indie Short Fest and IndieX film festivals for his sound mixing work on the short film, Milk. Visit his website to learn more about his work.
